More screenshake and less slowdown

I recently added so that the player will slow down when he reload or heal, since I wanted the player to find the right moment to heal/reload and because it felt to easy to just reload. I wanted to mkae that choice more interesting. I fixed that now and changed the slowdown to be less dramatic. I also added screenshake for different things like firing your gun and being hit.
